Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at legal@innbowl.com to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. We will endeavour to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations within 30 days.

If we are unable to resolve the dispute informally, either party may pursue formal legal proceedings in accordance with the governing law and jurisdiction provisions above.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable. If modification is not possible, the provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms. The invalidity of any provision shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Waiver
